Sunan Ibn Majah is one of the books of the Prophetic hadiths, and it is the sixth of the six books that are the foundations of the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet by its author, Ibn Majah Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Yazid al-Qazwini, and his author’s name is his father Yazid, and he is one of the most venerable, greatest and most enduring of his books over time, and by which he is known and famous. He arranged the hadiths according to the books and chapters, and the scholars disagreed about his status among the books of the Sunnah. The Sunnahs of Ibn Majah include: the authentic, the good, the weak, and even the objectionable and the fabricated ones, although they are few. Whatever the case, the fabricated hadiths are few in comparison to the total number of hadiths in the book, which are more than 4,000 hadiths. He died in the year 273 AH
