The book “The Virtues of Times” by Al-Bayhaqi is one of the books of hadith texts, in which the author collects hadiths and narrations related to the virtues of certain times and months in the year, such as the month of Rajab, Shaban, Ramadan and the last ten days of it, the days of Eid, the day of Arafah, and Ashura. The book aims to explain what has been reported regarding the encouragement of worship and diligence in these times, based on legal texts and narrations.
