الجنى الداني في حروف المعاني كتاب في علم اللغة والنحو من تأليف الفقيه وعالم اللغه والادب أبو محمد الحسن بن قاسم بن عبد الله بن علي المرادي المصري المراكشي ( ? - 749 ) المعروف بدر الدين المرادي حيث الف منظومة شعرية تضم معاني الحروف ثم الف كتاب شرح لمنظومته ثم قرر اختصار الكتاب وإضافة فوائد لغوية أخرى فجمع المفرق في الكتب النفيسة من هذا المعنى. ويعتبر المصدر الأساسي في هذا المجال حتى اليوم
Translation
The proximate genie fi the letters of meanings is a book on linguistics and grammar written by the jurist, linguist and literary scholar Abu Muhammad al-Hasan bin Qasim bin Abdullah bin Ali al-Muradi al-Masri al-Marakshi (? - 749), known as Badr al-Din al-Muradi. He wrote a poetic system that included the meanings of letters, then wrote a book explaining his system. Then he decided to shorten the book and add other linguistic benefits, so he collected al-Mafraq in the precious books of this meaning. It is considered the primary source in this field to this day
