هذا الكتاب يتناول مبحثاً لغوياً محدداً وهو المنصوب على التقريب في النحو والصرف، ويستعرضه من منظورين مختلفين هما المدرستان الكوفية والبصرية. يبدأ المؤلف بتعريف التقريب وشروطه عند الكوفيين، ثم ينتقل لمناقشة آرائهم في أحكامه وأقسامه، ويقارن بينه وبين الحال والقطع. ثم ينتقل لدراسة رأي البصريين في هذا المصطلح وآرائهم في أحكامه، ويستعرض آراء علمائهم مثل سيبويه وثعلب. الكتاب يهدف إلى توضيح الفروق بين المدرستين في هذا المبحث اللغوي وبيان أسباب اختلافهما فيه.

Translation

This book deals with a specific linguistic topic, which is focused on approximation in grammar and morphology, and reviews it from two different perspectives, namely the Kufic and Basri schools. The author begins by defining the approximation and its conditions according to the Kufans, then moves on to discuss their opinions regarding its rulings and sections, and compares it with the case and the final. Then he moves on to study the opinion of the Basrans on this term and their opinions on its rulings, and reviews the opinions of their scholars such as Sibawayh and Thalab. The book aims to clarify the differences between the two schools in this linguistic field and explain the reasons for their differences in it.
