معالم تربوية لطالبي أسنى الولايات الشرعية للشيخ محمد المختار الشنقيطي يُعنى بوضع معالم أدبية وأخلاقية لطلبة العلم الشرعي، مقسماً إلى فصول تتناول آداب التعامل مع العلماء وفضائل التقوى والإخلاص ومقومات الطلب مثل الصبر وحفظ الوقت واختيار الرفقة. كما يتضمن إرشادات في أسلوب طلب العلم وضبطه، وفصلاً يخص أحكام الفتوى من حيث النية والورع ومعرفة المصالح، وينتهي بإجابات على أسئلة ملمة. يهدف الكتاب إلى توجيه الطلبة إلى السلوك القويم وتحمل المسؤولية الملقاة على عاتقهم في نقل الرسالة النبوية.

Translation

Educational landmarks for seekers of the legal states of Islamic law by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Al-Shanqeeti. It is concerned with setting moral and moral landmarks for students of legal science, divided into chapters that deal with the etiquette of dealing with scholars, the virtues of piety and sincerity, and the elements of seeking such as patience, saving time, and choosing companionship. It also includes instructions on how to seek and control knowledge, and a chapter on the rulings of fatwas in terms of intention, piety, and knowledge of interests, and ends with answers to insightful questions. The book aims to guide students to correct behavior and to assume the responsibility entrusted to them in conveying the prophetic message.
