الآداب الشرعية والمنح المرعية هو أحد كتب الفقيه الحنبلي محمد بن مفلح بن محمد المقدسي، وهو كتاب جليل القدر عظيم الفوائد، له من إسمه نصيب؛ إذ هو كتاب آداب وأخلاق وحكم وأحكام، ومازال أهل العلم قديما وحديثا يقتبسون منه، فيجدون فيه ضالتهم المنشودة. وقد اشتمل الكتاب على جل المسائل التي وردت في كتب من سبقه في باب الشعائر والتقاليد والأخلاق الإسلامية. يقول الإمام شمس الدين محمد بن مفلح في مقدمة كتابه:

Legal Etiquette and Granted Grants is one of the books of the Hanbali jurist Muhammad bin Mufleh bin Muhammad al-Maqdisi, and it is a book of great value and great benefits. It has a share of its name; It is a book of etiquette, morals, wisdom, and rulings, and scholars, ancient and modern, still quote it and find in it what they seek. The book included most of the issues that were mentioned in the books of its predecessors in the field of Islamic rituals, traditions, and morals. Imam Shams al-Din Muhammad bin Muflih says in the introduction to his book:
