Little Literature and Great Literature is a book by Abdullah Ibn al-Muqaffa, Great Literature: Ibn al-Muqaffa admits that he took this book from the sayings of the ancients, and he presented it with a preface: “On the virtue of the ancients in knowledge, the conditions for studying it, and the purpose of this book.” He divided it into two sections: the first is about the Sultan and his companion and the beautiful qualities of each of them. In this topic, there are two chapters: the first is the Sultan and the second is about the Sultan’s company.
