كتاب «التبصرة» لابن الجوزي هو مجموعة من المجالس التي يذكر فيها سيرة الأنبياء والشخصيات القرآنية، مستنداً إلى سرد قصصي، سجعٍ على آياتٍ قرآنية، وتأملاتٍ في معاني التوحيد والعبادة. يندرج هذا العمل ضمن تصنيف الرقاق والآداب والأذكار، إذ يجمع بين الفصاحة الأدبية والذكر الخالص، ويعتمد على أسلوبٍ بلاغيٍّ يدمج بين السرد والبيان لتوجيه القارئ إلى الأخلاق والفضائل المستقاة من قصص الأنبياء.

Translation

The book “Al-Tabisrah” by Ibn Al-Jawzi is a collection of sessions in which the biography of the prophets and Qur’anic figures is mentioned, based on narrative narration, sajj on Qur’anic verses, and reflections on the meanings of monotheism and worship. This work falls within the classification of letters, etiquette, and remembrance, as it combines literary eloquence and pure remembrance, and relies on a rhetorical style that combines narration and statement to direct the reader to the morals and virtues drawn from the stories of the prophets.
