بستان الواعظين ورياض السامعين هو كتاب في الوعظ، ألفه الحافظ ابن الجوزي (508 هـ - 597 هـ)، الكتاب عبارة عن مجالس كان يعقدها المؤلف للتذكير والوعظ بالله تعالى، وهي عبارة عن ثمانية عشر مجلسا ومنها: مجلس في الاستعاذة، ومجلس في ذكر يوم القيامة وأهوالها، ومجلس في ذكر الجنة وأوصافها، ومجلس في فضل الصيام ، وقد دعم ابن الجوزي كتابه بآيات القرآن الكريم والأحاديث النبوية والكثير من الآثار.
Translation
The Garden of Preachers and the Garden of the Listeners is a book on preaching, written by Al-Hafiz Ibn al-Jawzi (508 AH - 597 AH). The book consists of gatherings that the author held to remind and preach of God Almighty. It consists of eighteen sessions, including: a session on seeking refuge, a session on mentioning the Day of Resurrection and its horrors, a session on mentioning Paradise and its descriptions, and a session on the virtue of fasting. Ibn al-Jawzi supported his book with verses. The Holy Qur’an, the hadiths of the Prophet, and many effects.
