Translation

The book “Teaching the Holy Qur’an in Prisons and Observation Institutions” by the writer Muhammad Habib Ahmed Mukhtar is concerned with studying the royal efforts in memorizing the Qur’an inside prisons and observation institutions, based on the definition of the prison, its reformative role, and its history, in addition to analyzing the role of charitable societies and memorization circles in prisons. The research also addresses the role of observation and care for delinquent juveniles by defining observation institutions and procedures for reforming them, while highlighting the importance of the Qur’an in the lives of Muslims, as cited in the introduction.
