دستور الأخلاق في القرآن» لمؤلفه محمد بن عبد الله دراز هو عملٌ أكاديميٌّ يطرح دراسةً شاملةً للمنهج الأخلاقي المستمد من النصوص القرآنية، مستنداً إلى مصادر الإلزام الأخلاقي من القرآن والسنة والإجماع والقياس، ومُفصِّلاً خصائص التكليف والواجبات وتدرّجها. يتناول الكتاب الجانب العملي والنظري للأخلاق، ويقارن بين النظرية القرآنية ومفاهيم الفلاسفة الغربيين، كما يحلل مفهوم المسؤولية الأخلاقية وشروطها القانونية والشخصية. يَظهر من فهرس المحتويات أن المؤلف يُقسِّم المناقشة إلى فصولٍ تُعنى بالإلزام والمسؤولية، مع إطلاعٍ على مراحل تطور الفكرة ومقارنةٍ نظريةٍ شاملة.
Translation
The Constitution of Ethics in the Qur’an by Muhammad bin Abdullah Daraz is an academic work that presents a comprehensive study of the moral approach derived from Qur’anic texts, based on the sources of moral obligation from the Qur’an, the Sunnah, consensus, and analogy, detailing the characteristics of assignments and duties and their gradation. The book deals with the practical and theoretical aspects of ethics, and compares Quranic theory with the concepts of Western philosophers. It also analyzes the concept of moral responsibility and its legal and personal conditions. It appears from the table of contents that the author divides the discussion into chapters dealing with obligation and responsibility, with an overview of the stages of development of the idea and a comprehensive theoretical comparison.
