كيمياء السعادة (بالفارسية: کیمیای سعادت) كتاب للإمام أبو حامد الغزالي، في باب التصوف السنّي وعلم معرفة النفس، كتبه باللغة الفارسية، تحت اسم «كيمياى سعادت»، بشكل موسع بمجلدين ثم ترجم مقتطفات منه بايجاز إلى اللغة العربية بنفسه بكتاب صغير من أربعة كراريس وعنوانه «كيمياء السعادة». وقد تحدث فيه عن: معرفة النفس. معرفة القلب وجنوده. الأخلاق الحسنة والأخلاق السيئة. معرفة تركيب الجسد بالشكل الدقيق والصحيح. وهناك من يعتبر، مثل المرتضى، بأن النص الفارسي لكتاب «كيمياء السعادة» هو المقابل الفارسي لكتاب الإحياء، وذلك لوجود العديد من التشابه بين الكتابين. …

Translation

The Chemistry of Happiness (in Persian: کیمییی سعد) is a book by Imam Abu Hamid al-Ghazali, in the chapter on Sunni Sufism and the science of self-knowledge. He wrote it in the Persian language, under the name “Kimyay Sa’ad”, in an expanded form in two volumes, then he briefly translated excerpts from it into the Arabic language himself in a small book of four pamphlets, entitled “The Chemistry of Happiness”. In it he talked about: knowing oneself. Knowing the heart and its soldiers. Good morals and bad morals. Knowing the body’s composition accurately and correctly. There are those who consider, like Al-Murtada, that the Persian text of the book “The Chemistry of Happiness” is the Persian equivalent of the book Al-Ihya, due to the presence of many similarities between the two books. …
