The book “Prophecy: Selection and Role Model” by Sheikh Ahmed Mukhtar Al-Bazra is considered a comprehensive study on the concept of prophecy and the prophetic message, as it examines God’s preparation of His messengers to carry out their mission, and deals with the psychological and social aspects that helped the messenger to carry out his message. The book shows how a person can find a role model in the Prophet’s biography and message, and examines how this role model can be applied in contemporary life. The book is classified as biography and virtues, and it provides a comprehensive vision about the role of prophecy in directing humanity towards goodness and truth.
