The book “The Life of Muhammad, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace,” by Muhammad Hussein Haykal is a work on the Prophet’s biography. It deals with the life of the Prophet Muhammad from a perspective in which the author criticizes some Orientalist and missionary approaches, and seeks to present the biography by relying on the Qur’an as a primary source.
