شرح الشفاء للملّا علي القاري هو شرح متوسط الطول للكتاب الأصلي «الشفا بتعريف حقوق المصطفى» للقاضي عياض، ويقع ضمن تصنيف السيرة والشمائل. يهدف إلى توضيح وتفصيل ما جاء من مدح وتعظيم الله تعالى ثم إظهار خصال النبي محمد من كمال الجلال إلى فضائل النسب والخلق الأخلاقي. يتناول الشرح فصولاً متعددة تتناول الثناء على الله، وصفات النبي، ومقارنة بين المحاسن المكتسبة والخلقية، مستنداً إلى الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية.

Translation

Explanation of Al-Shifa by Mullah Ali Al-Qari is a medium-length explanation of the original book “Al-Shifa bi Definition of the Rights of the Chosen One” by Judge Ayyad, and it falls within the classification of Sirah wal-Shama’il. It aims to clarify and detail the praise and glorification of God Almighty and then show the qualities of the Prophet Muhammad, from the perfection of majesty to the virtues of lineage and moral character. The explanation covers multiple chapters dealing with praise of God, the attributes of the Prophet, and a comparison between acquired and innate virtues, based on Qur’anic verses and Prophetic hadiths.
