كتاب «قصص الأنبياء» للشيخ ابن كثير يندرج ضمن تصنيف السيرة والشمائل، ويجمع فيه سردًا للأنبياء بدءًا من خلق آدم وحتى إبراهيم وأبنائه، مع ذكر مواقفهم وأحداثهم كما وردت في النصوص الدينية. يتضمن الكتاب فصولًا تتناول تفاصيل مثل قصة آدم وقابيل وهابيل، وحكاية نوح وإبراهيم وإسماعيل وإسحاق، إضافة إلى مناظرات ومواقف أخرى للأنبياء. يهدف المؤلف إلى إظهار العبر والحكم المستفادة من سيرهم وفق منهج تقريبي للقرآن الكريم.

Translation

The book “Stories of the Prophets” by Sheikh Ibn Kathir falls within the classification of biography and virtues, and it collects a narrative of the prophets starting from the creation of Adam until Abraham and his sons, with a mention of their positions and events as mentioned in religious texts. The book includes chapters that address details such as the story of Adam, Cain, and Abel, and the story of Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, and Isaac, in addition to debates and other positions of the prophets. The author aims to show the lessons and wisdom learned from their journey according to an approximate approach to the Holy Qur’an.
