Translation
The book presents an analytical study of the narrations of the Prophet’s biography according to the rules of the hadith scholars, based on their critical approach that includes comparison, mastery of style, attention to eyewitnesses, and setting conditions for the narrator. He compares this approach to the approach of the historical chroniclers, reviewing its impact on correcting the image of the Prophet’s biography. It also addresses positive and negative criticism of this method and suggests ways to develop it in contemporary studies.
