Translation
Al-Durra Al-Ghara fi Advice of Sultans, Judges, and Princes” by Sheikh Al-Kharbaiti is a book specializing in Sharia policy and the judiciary, setting jurisprudential and administrative guidelines for leadership and authority. The book deals with the topics of the imamate and its conditions, and the provisions of the ministry and the army, and devotes chapters to advice and preaching, in addition to legal issues related to judges, sultans, and princes, with directions regarding the seat of the judge and the rulings on transgressors and bandits. It concludes with sections dealing with legal tricks and responding to jurisprudential issues, as well as chapters on marriage and divorce. The text aims to guide leaders to proper behavior in accordance with Sharia standards.
