كتاب «نهاية الرتبة الظريفة في طلب الحسبة الشريفة» للشيزري يُعنى بتفصيل أحكام الحسبة الشرعية وإرشاد المحتسب إلى شروطها ومستحباتها، ويستعرض في أجزائه ما يلزم من معرفة الأسواق والطرقات والمقاييس والوزن، إضافة إلى توجيهاته للمتعاملين في مختلف الحرف مثل الخبازين والجرّاحين والصيادلة وغيرهم. يُصنّف الكتاب ضمن السياسة الشرعية والقضاء، ويُظهر من خلال فصوله التزام المحتسب بسنن الرسول ورفق القول وسهولة الأخلاق، مع التركيز على ضبط الأسعار وتحديد الأوزان وفقاً للمعايير الشرعية.
Translation
The book “Nihayat al-Ratib al-Darifa fi Taal al-Hisbah al-Sharifa” by al-Shaizri is concerned with detailing the rulings on the Shari’a hisbah and guiding the hastibas to its conditions and desirables. In its parts, it reviews the necessary knowledge of markets, methods, measurements, and weight, in addition to its guidance for those dealing in various crafts such as bakers, surgeons, pharmacists, and others. The book is classified within Sharia politics and the judiciary, and through its chapters it shows the muhtasib’s commitment to the Sunnah of the Messenger, gentleness of speech, and ease of morals, with a focus on controlling prices and determining weights in accordance with Sharia standards.
