هذا كتاب في شرح الحديث النبوي الشريف، يخصصه مؤلفه لبيان الأحكام المستنبطة من حديث "رفع القلم عن ثلاثة". يعرض الكتاب الحديث برواياته المختلفة، ثم يشرحه من خلال تسعة وعشرين وجهًا من وجوه الكلام، متناولًا دلالاته الفقهية والأصولية المتعلقة بالتكليف ورفع المؤاخذة عن الصغير والمجنون والنائم.

Translation

This is a book explaining the noble Prophetic hadith, which its author devotes to explaining the rulings deduced from the hadith “The pen is lifted from three.” The book presents the hadith with its various narrations, then explains it through twenty-nine aspects of the speech, addressing its jurisprudential and fundamental implications related to the obligation and removing blame from the minor, the insane, and the sleeping person.
