هذا الكتاب شرح لحديث معاذ بن جبل الذي يروي قصة اختصام الملأ الأعلى في الكفارات والدرجات، حيث يوضح المؤلف الأعمال التي تكفر الذنوب وترفع الدرجات، مثل إسباغ الوضوء على المكاره، والمشي إلى الجماعات والجمعات، والجلوس في المساجد بعد الصلوات، وإطعام الطعام، ولين الكلام، والصلاة بالليل. كما يتناول الدعوات المأثورة في الحديث التي توصل إلى محبة الله، ويذكر اختلاف روايات الحديث وأسانيده.
Translation
This book is an explanation of the hadith of Muadh ibn Jabal, which tells the story of the dispute between the highest councils regarding expiations and ranks. The author explains the actions that expiate sins and raise ranks, such as performing ablution thoroughly on difficult occasions, walking to congregations and gatherings, sitting in mosques after prayers, providing food, speaking softly, and praying at night. It also discusses the supplications mentioned in the hadith that lead to love of God, and mentions the different narrations and chains of transmission of the hadith.
