كتاب المنتقى شرح الموطأ للإمام الباجي، هو كتاب ألفه أبو الوليد سليمان بن خلف بن سعد بن أيوب الباجي الذهبي على موطأ الإمام مالك في الحديث. ذكر فيه الباجي أقوال الإمام مالك في موطأه، واختلاف علماء المذاهب، وبيان معاني الأحاديث والآثار، وسلك فيه سبيل إيراد الحديث، والمسألة من الأصل، ثم أتبع ذلك ما يليق به من الفرع، وأثبته شيوخه المتقدمون، من المسائل، وسد من الوجوه والدلائل.

Translation

Al-Muntaqa’s book Sharh Al-Muwatta’ by Imam Al-Baji is a book written by Abu Al-Walid Suleiman bin Khalaf bin Saad bin Ayyub Al-Baji Al-Dhahabi on Imam Malik’s Muwatta’ in Hadith. In it, Al-Baji mentioned the sayings of Imam Malik in his Muwatta, the differences of the scholars of the schools of thought, and clarification of the meanings of the hadiths and narrations, and in it he followed the path of citing the hadith, and the issue from the original, then he followed that with what befits him from the branch, and his previous sheikhs confirmed it, from the issues, and a number of aspects and evidence.
