هذا الكتاب شرحٌ لحديث عبد الله بن عباس رضي الله عنهما: "ألحقوا الفرائض بأهلها فما بقي فهو لأولى رجل ذكر"، ويقع في إطار شروح الحديث. يبدأ المؤلف بتعريف علم الفرائض لغةً واصطلاحاً، ويبين أهميته في الكتاب والسنة، ثم يشرح ألفاظ الحديث ومعانيها الإجمالية، ويستنبط منه الأحكام الفرضية، مع تفصيل للأحكام المتفق عليها والراجحة والمرجوحة بين الأئمة.
Translation
This book is an explanation of the hadith of Abdullah bin Abbas, may God be pleased with them both: “Attach the duties to those who deserve them, and whatever remains goes to the most worthy male man,” and it falls within the framework of explanations of the hadith. The author begins by defining the science of religious duties linguistically and terminologically, and explains its importance in the Qur’an and Sunnah, then explains the words of the hadith and their general meanings, and deduces the hypothetical rulings from it, with a detail of the agreed-upon rulings that are correct and preferred among the imams.
