بحر العلوم أو تفسير السمرقندي أحد كتب تفسير القران الكريم، ألفه أبو الليث السمرقندي. وقد اختلف في تسمية الكتاب ببحر العلوم، حيث لم يذكر من ترجم لأبي الليث اسم بحر العلوم ضمن كتبه، وإنما يقولون له تفسير القرآن.
Translation
Bahr al-Ulum or Tafsir al-Samarqandi is one of the books of interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, written by Abu al-Layth al-Samarqandi. There was a difference in naming the book “Bahr al-Ulum,” as those who translated Abu al-Layth did not mention the name “Bahr al-Ulum” among his books. Rather, they called it an interpretation of the Qur’an.
