كتاب "تحفة المحتاج إلى أدلة المنهاج" لابن الملقن هو مختصر في أحاديث الأحكام، يندرج ضمن كتب التخريج والزوائد. يلتزم مؤلفه بذكر الأحاديث الصحيحة أو الحسنة فقط، مع الإشارة إلى الضعيف عند الحاجة مع بيان ضعفه، ويعزو الأحاديث إلى مصادرها كالصحيحين والسنن والمسانيد. يهدف الكتاب إلى تقديم الأدلة الحديثية للمسائل الفقهية مرتبة على أبواب الفقه، مبتدئًا بكتاب الطهارة ثم كتاب الصلاة.

Translation

The book “Tuhfat al-Muhtaj ila Adalaat al-Minhaj” by Ibn al-Mulqin is a summary of hadiths on rulings, and is included in the books of graduation and additions. Its author is committed to mentioning only authentic or good hadiths, pointing to the weak ones when necessary and explaining their weakness, and attributing the hadiths to their sources such as the two Sahihs, Sunans, and Musnads. The book aims to present modern evidence for jurisprudential issues organized into the chapters of jurisprudence, beginning with the Book of Purity and then the Book of Prayer.
