المختلطين لصحاح الدين العلائي هو كتاب تراجم وطبقات يختص بالراويين الذين وقع لهم الاختلاط في آخر عمرهم، ويصنفهم إلى ثلاثة أقسام بحسب تأثير ذلك على ضعفهم أو عدم تأثيره على حديثهم. يضم الكتاب معاجم أبجدية تشمل أسماء متعددة من مختلف العصور، مع إشارة إلى ملاحظات الفقهاء ومصادرهم. يهدف إلى توضيح مدى صحة الأحاديث التي رواها هؤلاء الرواة بعد حدوث الاختلاط.
Translation
The Mixed People by Sahih al-Din al-Ala’i is a book of biographies and classes that specializes in narrators who became mixed up at the end of their lives, and classifies them into three categories according to the effect this had on their weakness or lack of effect on their speech. The book includes alphabetical dictionaries that include many names from different eras, with reference to the observations of jurists and their sources. It aims to clarify the authenticity of the hadiths narrated by these narrators after the mixing occurred.
