Translation

This book deals with the biography of Caliph Al-Ma'mun and his events in Baghdad, recalling his entry into the city and his stories with its people and his helpers. It focuses on describing Al-Ma'mun's personality and good qualities, and transmits news about his ministers, aides, and political and social events during his reign. It also covers some stories and anecdotes related to the events of Baghdad during that period.
