هذا الكتاب هو معجم يحتوي على أعلام شعراء المدح النبوي، حيث يجمع بين دفتيه معلومات عن نحو خمسمائة شاعر وعالم ومجاهد كتبوا في مدح النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم عبر التاريخ الإسلامي. يتناول الكتاب حياة هؤلاء الشعراء وأشعارهم التي تناولت المدح النبوي، مغطياً فترة زمنية تمتد لأكثر من أربعة عشر قرناً، بدءاً من الشعراء الأوائل حتى الشعراء المحدثين. الكتاب يهدف إلى تقديم نظرة شاملة عن تطور الشعر النبوي عبر العصور، ويشمل عدداً من الشعراء المشهورين الذين اشتهرت أشعارهم في مدح النبي.
Translation
This book is a dictionary containing famous poets praising the Prophet, as it brings together information about about five hundred poets, scholars, and mujahideen who wrote in praise of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, throughout Islamic history. The book deals with the lives of these poets and their poems that dealt with prophetic praise, covering a time period extending over more than fourteen centuries, starting from the first poets to the modern poets. The book aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the development of Prophetic poetry throughout the ages, and includes a number of famous poets whose poems in praise of the Prophet are famous.
