Translation
Al-Safadi presents, in his book “Nakat al-Hamyan fi Joke of the Blind,” a work of the type of biographies and classes that deals with blind people. It includes a set of introductions that deal with language and derivation, the provisions of Sharia law related to blindness, and jurisprudential discussions about guardianship, guardianship, and marriage for blind people, in addition to a review of astronomical views, anecdotes, and poetry related to blindness. The book concludes with a series of biographies of blind people that include multiple names, providing a historical and literary reference for readers interested in the biography and science of blind people.
