Translation
The Orphan of Eternity by Al-Tha'alabi Abu Mansour is biographies and sayings of prominent figures of his time, dealing with the virtues of people of literature and poetry, and including a summary of the facts and stories of poets and their poems. The book focuses on different poetic schools and prominent literary figures, relying on objective and analytical literary criticism of the poems and sayings of famous poets and writers of his time.
