هذا كتاب في المنطق لأبي الوليد ابن رشد، يبحث في القياس وأنواعه وأشكاله، مبتدئًا بتعريف المقدمة وأقسامها من حيث الكم والكيف، ثم ينتقل إلى تفصيل القول في انعكاس المقدمات وائتلاف القياس في أشكاله الثلاثة، مع دراسة اختلاط المقدمات الضرورية والوجودية والممكنة. يهدف الكتاب إلى تحقيق الغاية من علم القياس، وهي الوصول إلى البرهان وحصول العلم البرهاني في الموجودات.

Translation

This is a book on logic by Abu Al-Walid Ibn Rushd. It examines analogy, its types, and forms, beginning with the definition of the premise and its divisions in terms of quantity and quality, then moving on to detailing the statement about the reflection of the premisses and the combination of analogy in its three forms, with a study of the mixing of necessary, existential, and possible premisses. The book aims to achieve the goal of the science of analogy, which is to reach proof and obtain demonstrative knowledge of existing beings.
