كتاب "الأنواء في مواسم العرب" لابن قتيبة الدينوري هو مؤلف في علم الأنواء، وهو علم قديم يربط بين منازل القمر ومواسم العرب وأحوال الجو. يشرح الكتاب أسماء منازل القمر الثمانية والعشرين وهيئاتها، ومعنى النوء، وكيفية طلوع النجوم وغروبها، وعلاقة العرب بنسبة المطر إليها. كما يتناول فصول السنة الأربعة عند العرب، وذكر البروج والكواكب المشهورة كبنات نعش والنسرين، مما يجعله مرجعًا في الفلك الشعبي والأرصاد الجوية التراثية.
Translation
The book “The Seasons in the Seasons of the Arabs” by Ibn Qutaybah Al-Dinouri is a book on the science of the seasons, which is an ancient science that links the phases of the moon, the seasons of the Arabs, and weather conditions. The book explains the names of the twenty-eight phases of the moon and their forms, the meaning of the storm, how the stars rise and set, and the Arabs’ relationship with the percentage of rain to them. It also deals with the four seasons of the year among the Arabs, and mentions the famous zodiac signs and planets such as the daughters of the coffin and the two eagles, which makes it a reference in popular astronomy and traditional meteorology.
