The book “Researches in Terminology” by Maher Al-Fahl is a specialized study in the sciences of hadith, dealing with methodological issues such as difference, disorder, inversion, and inclusion in narrations, with an analysis of their causes and examples. The book aims to clarify how to deal with conflicting chains of transmission and texts, and to explain the impact of this on accepting or rejecting a hadith, reviewing applied models from the hadith heritage.
