This book is an academic treatise on Hadith sciences, examining the impact of the reasons for the Prophet’s Hadith on the differences of jurists. It begins by defining the reason in language and terminology, and reviews its causes and types. Then, it discusses in detail the reasons for the chain of transmission, such as interruption, transmission, and deception, while providing applied examples of reasoned hadiths and explaining the impact of this on different jurisprudential rulings, such as the ruling on singing, Friday prayers, and the zakat on a child’s money.
