هذا كتاب في علوم الحديث، يبحث في مسألة اشتراط العلم بالسماع في الحديث المعنعن بين المتعاصرين، ويدّعي مؤلفه إجماع المحدثين على عدم اشتراط ذلك، ناقشًا أدلة القائلين باشتراطه، ومستندًا إلى نصوص الأئمة كالبخاري ومسلم وغيرهما، وإلى نقل الإجماع عن جماعة من أهل العلم.
Translation
This is a book on the sciences of hadith. It examines the issue of requiring knowledge of hearing in the hadith that is disputed among contemporaries. Its author claims the consensus of hadith scholars on not requiring that, discussing the evidence of those who say it is required, and relying on the texts of imams such as Al-Bukhari, Muslim, and others, and on conveying the consensus from a group of scholars.
