كتاب "التذكرة في علوم الحديث" لابن الملقن هو مختصر في علم الحديث، استخلصه المؤلف من كتابه الأكبر "المقنع". يهدف الكتاب إلى تقديم مبادئ هذا العلم للمبتدئين مع فائدة للمنتهين، حيث يبدأ بتعريف أقسام الحديث الثلاثة: الصحيح والحسن والضعيف، ثم يشرع في تعداد أنواع علوم الحديث التي تزيد على الثمانين نوعًا، كالمسند والمتصل والمرفوع والموقوف والمقطوع، شارحًا كل نوع بإيجاز.

Translation

The book “Al-Tadhkirah fi Ulum al-Hadith” by Ibn al-Mulqin is a summary of the science of hadith, which the author extracted from his larger book, “Al-Muqni’.” The book aims to present the principles of this science to beginners, with benefit to those who finish it, as it begins by defining the three types of hadith: authentic, good, and weak. Then, it begins enumerating the types of hadith sciences, which are more than eighty types, such as the musnad, the continuous, the nominative, the suspended, and the mutqat, explaining each type briefly.
