هذا الكتاب في علوم الحديث يبحث في مكانة السنة النبوية بوصفها المصدر الثاني للتشريع الإسلامي بعد القرآن الكريم. ينتظم في أربعة مباحث رئيسة تتناول حجية السنة وأدلتها من القرآن والحديث والإجماع والعقل، ثم مرتبتها كمصدر تالٍ للقرآن، ودورها في بيان الأحكام التشريعية من تأكيد وتخصيص وتقييد ونسخ، وأخيراً مكانتها من حيث العمل بها قبل البعثة وبعدها.

Translation

This book on Hadith sciences examines the status of the Prophet’s Sunnah as the second source of Islamic legislation after the Holy Qur’an. It is organized into four main sections that deal with the authority of the Sunnah and its evidence from the Qur’an, Hadith, consensus, and reason, then its rank as a source subsequent to the Qur’an, its role in clarifying the legislative provisions of confirmation, specification, restriction, and abrogation, and finally its status in terms of implementation before and after the mission.
