كتاب يتناول موضوع السنة النبوية من حيث تعريفها وبيان منزلتها ومكانتها كمصدر تشريع، مع التركيز على كونها وحياً من الله تعالى وبياناً للقرآن الكريم. يستعرض الكتاب تاريخ تدوين السنة النبوية وأطواره المختلفة، بدءاً من عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مروراً بعصر الخلفاء الراشدين والتابعين، وصولاً إلى عصر التدوين العام، مع مناقشة مسألة النهي والإباحة في كتابة الحديث.
Translation
A book that deals with the subject of the Prophet’s Sunnah in terms of its definition and an explanation of its status and position as a source of legislation, with a focus on it being a revelation from God Almighty and an explanation of the Holy Qur’an. The book reviews the history of the codification of the Prophetic Sunnah and its various stages, starting from the era of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, through the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs and the Successors, all the way to the era of general codification, with a discussion of the issue of prohibition and permissibility in writing hadith.
