هذا كتاب في علوم الحديث، يدرس مسألة تصحيح الأحاديث وتحسينها عند الإمام ابن الصلاح، ويتناول بالتحليل النقدي رأيه في منع المتأخرين من التصحيح. يعرض الكتاب نص ابن الصلاح ويحلله، ثم يناقش مستجدات العصر وأثرها في معرفة الصحيح والحسن، ويركز على مفهوم "الأجزاء" وأسانيد المتأخرين. كما يستعرض مواقف أبرز المعارضين لرأي ابن الصلاح كالنووي والعراقي وابن حجر والسيوطي، ويناقشها بأسلوب موضوعي مدعوم بالواقع العلمي والتاريخي.

Translation

This is a book on the sciences of hadith. It studies the issue of correcting and improving hadiths according to Imam Ibn al-Salah, and deals with critical analysis of his opinion on preventing later scholars from correcting. The book presents Ibn al-Salah’s text and analyzes it, then discusses the developments of the era and their impact on knowing what is authentic and hasan, and focuses on the concept of “juz’” and the chains of transmission of later scholars. It also reviews the positions of the most prominent opponents of Ibn al-Salah’s opinion, such as al-Nawawi, al-Iraqi, Ibn Hajar, and al-Suyuti, and discusses them in an objective manner supported by scientific and historical reality.
