هذا الكتاب مجموعة من رسائل الإمام النسائي في علوم الحديث، تتناول الأولى تسمية فقهاء الأمصار من الصحابة والتابعين ومن بعدهم، مرتبين حسب البلدان كالمدينة ومكة والكوفة والبصرة والشام ومصر وخراسان. أما الرسالة الثانية فتصنف الرواة إلى طبقات متدرجة، وتختص الثالثة بذكر من لم يرو عنه غير راو واحد. يجمع الكتاب مادة علمية في معرفة طبقات الرواة وفقهاء الأمصار، مما يجعله مرجعًا في علم الرجال والطبقات.
Translation
This book is a collection of Imam Al-Nisa’i’s letters on the sciences of hadith. The first deals with naming the jurists of the regions from the Companions and the Successors and those after them, arranged according to the countries such as Medina, Mecca, Kufa, Basra, the Levant, Egypt, and Khorasan. The second message classifies the narrators into graded classes, and the third specializes in mentioning those from whom only one narrator narrated. The book collects scientific material on knowledge of the classes of narrators and jurists of the regions, making it a reference in the science of men and classes.
