About this work
كتاب في علم مصطلح الحديث، يهدف إلى وضع قواعد تمييز المقبول من المردود فيما يُنسب إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. يشرح المؤلف أقسام الخبر من حيث طرق نقله (كالمتواتر والآحاد)، ويتناول تعريفات الصحيح والحسن، وعلل الحديث كالانقطاع والتدليس والإدراج، بالإضافة إلى موضوع الجرح والتعديل. كما يبحث في أقسام الخبر باعتبار من يضاف إليه، وطرق تحمل الحديث وأدائه وكتابته وتدوينه.
Translation
A book on the science of hadith terminology, which aims to establish rules for distinguishing what is accepted from what is rejected in what is attributed to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. The author explains the sections of the report in terms of the methods of transmitting it (such as mutawatir and ahad), and addresses the definitions of authentic and hasan, and the reasons for the hadith such as interruption, fraud, and insertion, in addition to the topic of jarh and modification. It also examines the sections of the news, considering who is added to it, and the methods of carrying the hadith, performing it, writing it, and codifying it.
