هذا كتاب في علوم الحديث، صنفه ابن الصلاح ليكون مدخلاً جامعاً لأنواع هذا العلم وأصوله. يبدأ المؤلف بالحمد لله والثناء على علم الحديث، ثم يسرد تباعاً أنواع علوم الحديث مبتدئاً بمعرفة الصحيح والحسن والضعيف، وماراً بأنواع الأسانيد كالمسند والمتصل والمرفوع والموقوف، وصولاً إلى طرق التحمل والسماع والإجازة. يهدف الكتاب إلى تأصيل قواعد نقد الحديث وبيان مصطلحاته، مما جعله مرجعاً أساسياً في هذا الفن.

Translation

This is a book on the sciences of hadith, compiled by Ibn al-Salah to be a comprehensive introduction to the types and origins of this science. The author begins by praising God and praising the science of hadith, then sequentially lists the types of hadith sciences, beginning with knowledge of the authentic, the good, and the weak, and passing through the types of chains of transmission, such as the chain of transmission, the continuous, the raised, and the suspended, all the way to the methods of endurance, hearing, and approval. The book aims to establish the rules of hadith criticism and explain its terminology, making it an essential reference in this art.
