كتاب في علوم الحديث، يبحث في أحاديث النسخ والمنسوخ في السنة النبوية، ويجمع الأحاديث التي ورد فيها نسخ لحكم متقدم بحكم متأخر. يبدأ المؤلف ببيان مفهوم نسخ الحديث، مستشهدًا بأقوال الصحابة والتابعين، ثم ينتقل إلى تطبيق ذلك على أبواب الفقه، مبتدئًا بكتاب الطهارة، فيعرض الأحاديث المنسوخة ثم الأحاديث الناسخة لها، متناولًا مسائل مثل الوضوء مما مست النار، والغسل، والوضوء لكل صلاة، وغيرها من الأحكام.

Translation

A book on the sciences of hadith. It examines hadiths about abrogation and abrogation in the Sunnah of the Prophet, and collects hadiths in which an earlier ruling was abrogated with a later ruling. The author begins by explaining the concept of abrogating hadiths, citing the sayings of the Companions and Followers, then moves on to applying that to the chapters of jurisprudence, beginning with the Book of Purity, presenting the abrogated hadiths, then the hadiths that abrogate them, addressing issues such as ablution from what has touched fire, washing, ablution for every prayer, and other rulings.
