Translation
The book “Chapter and Connection in the Holy Qur’an” written by Munir Sultan, is one of the books specialized in the sciences of the Qur’an and Arabic rhetoric. The book deals with the study of the concepts of separation and connection in the Holy Qur’an, tracing the development of this study among the rhetoricians before, after, and after Abdul Qahir al-Jurjani, with a focus on the efforts of Al-Zamakhshari, Al-Sakaki, Al-Qazwini, and Al-Subki. The author aims to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional rhetorical rules for these two concepts, and to provide a new taste of them in the context of the Holy Qur’an, seeking an approach that combines rooting and renewal in the rhetorical lesson.
