هذا كتاب في علوم القرآن يبحث في قضية رسم المصحف وضبطه، ومدى ارتباطه بالتوقيف النبوي أو كونه اصطلاحًا اجتهاديًا. يستعرض المؤلف تاريخ جمع القرآن في عهد أبي بكر وعثمان، وطبيعة كتابة المصاحف العثمانية، وظواهر الرسم العثماني وموقف العلماء منها، مع مناقشة قرارات المجامع الفقهية في هذا الشأن، وينتهي إلى بيان قواعد الضبط الحديثة وعلاقتها بالرسم القديم.
Translation
This is a book on the sciences of the Qur’an that examines the issue of drawing and controlling the Qur’an, and the extent of its connection to the Prophet’s suspension or whether it is an ijtihad term. The author reviews the history of compilation of the Qur’an during the reign of Abu Bakr and Uthman, the nature of the writing of the Ottoman Qur’an, the phenomena of Ottoman drawing and the position of scholars towards it, while discussing the decisions of the jurisprudence councils in this regard, and ends with an explanation of the modern control rules and their relationship to ancient drawing.
