فضائل القرآن كثيرة جدًّا، لا تعد ولا تحصى؛ فالقرآن الكريم عند المسلمين هو الكتاب الذي أنزله الله تعالى على محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، هداية ورحمة للناس جميعًا، وهو كتاب الله الخالد، وحجته البالغة، وهو باق إلى أن تَفنى الحياة على الأرض. وقراءة القرآن فضلها عظيم، بها يحصل المسلم الحسنات، وينال الأجر العظيم، وفي ذلك يقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من قرأ حرفًا من كتاب الله فله به حسنة، والحسنة بعشر أمثالها، لا أقول (الم) حرف، ولكن ألف حرف، ولام حرف، وميم حرف»، ولحافظ القرآن أجر عظيم عند الله؛ فإن القرآن يشفع لصاحبه يوم القيامة، ويعلي منزلته ودرجته في الجنة؛ فيكون مع الملائكة السفرة الكرام البررة. …
Translation
The virtues of the Qur’an are very many, countless. For Muslims, the Holy Qur’an is the book that God Almighty revealed to Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, as guidance and mercy for all people. It is the eternal book of God and His final proof, and it will endure until life on earth ends. Reciting the Qur’an has great virtue. Through it, a Muslim attains good deeds and receives a great reward. In this regard, the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, says: “Whoever reads a letter from the Book of God will have a good deed for it, and a good deed is multiplied ten times as much. I do not say (M) is a letter, but rather Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter, and Meem is a letter.” And the memorizer of the Qur’an has a great reward from God. The Qur’an will intercede for its companion on the Day of Resurrection, and will raise his status and rank in Paradise. So he will be with the angels, the honorable and the righteous. …
