هذا كتاب في علوم القرآن، يتناول قضية مناسبات الآيات والسور، ويبحث في مدى ارتباطها بترتيب الآيات والسور في المصحف، وهل هذا الترتيب توقيفي أم اجتهادي. يعرض الكتاب آراء العلماء المختلفة في المناسبات، ويناقش الاتجاهات الأربعة الرئيسية فيها، مستشهدًا بأقوال عدد من الأئمة كالشوكاني والعز بن عبد السلام، مع التركيز على أدلة توقيفية ترتيب الآيات في سورها.
Translation
This is a book on the sciences of the Qur’an. It deals with the issue of the occasions of verses and surahs, and examines the extent to which they relate to the arrangement of verses and surahs in the Qur’an, and whether this arrangement is arbitrary or ijtihad. The book presents the opinions of different scholars on occasions, and discusses the four main trends in them, citing the sayings of a number of imams such as Al-Shawkani and Al-Izz bin Abdul Salam, with a focus on evidence regarding the order of the verses in their surahs.
