Preventing the permissibility of metaphors at home for worship and miracles

Translation

This is a book on the sciences of the Qur’an, written by the scholar Muhammad Al-Amin Al-Shanqeeti, in which he discusses the issue of the occurrence of metaphor in the Holy Qur’an, and sees that the entire Qur’an is truths and does not contain metaphor, warning against the use of metaphor because it entails a denial of the attributes of God Almighty established in the Qur’an and Sunnah. The author arranged his dissertation into an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion, in which he discussed the evidence of those who believe in metaphor and answered the verses that they claimed were metaphorical, while investigating the status of the verses about attributes.
