Rawdat al-Nazir and Jannat al-Mandahir fi Usul al-Fiqh is a book in the field of fundamentals of jurisprudence and jurisprudential rules, in which its author, al-Maqdisi Muwaffaq al-Din, deals with multiple topics related to the foundations of reasoning and proof in Islamic law, with a focus on the arguments of evidence, its rules, and the sections of legal ruling. The book aims to clarify the correct approach in understanding and applying jurisprudential rulings, reviewing important concepts such as proof, analogy, limitation, and legal ruling.
