قواعد الأحكام في مصالح الأنام أو القواعد الكبرى أو قواعد الأحكام في إصلاح الأنام هو كتاب للإمام العز بن عبد السلام في الفقه وأصول الفقه، ويُعد أعظم كتبه وقمة إنتاجه وأعمق بحوثه، وهو الدليل القاطع على إمامة العز في الاجتهاد والأصول، ولذلك قال تاج الدين السبكي: «ومن تصانيف الشيخ عز الدين «القواعد الكبرى» وكتاب "مجاز القرآن"، وهذان الكتابان شاهدان بإمامته وعظيم منزلته في علوم الشريعة، واختصر القواعد الكبرى في قواعد صغرى والمجاز في آخر». …
Translation
Qawi’ al-Ahkam fi Masalih al-Anam, or Qawi’ al-Ahkam fi Islah al-Anam, is a book by Imam al-Izz ibn Abd al-Salam on jurisprudence and the principles of jurisprudence. It is considered his greatest book, the pinnacle of his production, and the deepest of his research. It is the conclusive evidence of al-‘Izz’s leadership in ijtihad and principles. Therefore, Taj al-Din al-Subki said: “Among the works of Sheikh Izz al-Din are “Al-Qa’id al-Kubra” and the book “The Metaphor of the Qur’an.” These two books bear witness to his imamate and his great status in the sciences. Sharia law, and the major rules are reduced to minor rules and the metaphor is in another.” …
